Dr. David Riordan

With Dr Dave’s passion for functional movement, sport and over 20 years’ experience he has become highly sought after by elite athletes for his extensive knowledge on correcting poor movement patterns and posture. He has special interest in scoliosis management, anxiety and migraine/headaches.

With additional training in myofascial release techniques, Dry Needling and neuromuscular stimulation therapy, Dr Dave provides a holistic, multi-modal approach to his treatment plans.

He believes that your health is your greatest investment in life, and that we should all focus on a healthy nervous system, hydration, whole food lifestyle, good posture and keeping flexible and active as we age .

He is meticulous in creating a treatment plan that is specific to each individual patient and will include specific goal-oriented treatment, prescription exercises relevant to your ability and ensure your body is performing at its greatest potential. 

Network (NSA) Chiropractor

Lyndall Sundberg

Lyndall has 13 years of clinical experience, almost 9 of which have been here serving communities on the Gold Coast. She is excited to be a part ofthe Thrive team.

Lyndall utilises a low-force technique – Network Spinal Analysis – to influence the health of the people she works with. With a focus on tone, tension and patterns of nervous system dysregulation, Network Chiropractic is an extremely gentle chiropractic technique suitable for clients of all ages from infancy to the elderly and everyone in between.

Network Chiropractic looks to affect the structure of the body and the patterns and strategies that it is using to influence the health of the central nervous system and its ability to reorganise to a higher level of function.

Lyndall has a particular focus on helping her clients recover from the effects of chronic stress and overwhelm. She is passionate about educating on how the body deals and adapts to the stresses of everyday life and focuses on empowering people with tools and strategies to help them support their body to create greater ease.

Catherine Spiers

Catherine is a Kinesiologist, Reiki(2) practitioner and mentor, who supports her clients to move through life’s challenges and transitions. She helps them to anchor back into their own personal power and vitality.

Catherine supports clients in the realms of self-awareness, subconscious conditioning, transitions and transformation, conscious manifesting, forgiveness, and support with processing trauma.

She offers a collaborative and safe space to explore your inner world, what isn't working and why? Using kinesiology, mentoring and Reiki to work through any blocks, supporting your true vision for your future to unfold.

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy which helps you connect and communicate with yourself on a deeper level, it’s a tool that can help you to dive deep into who you are and the unconscious blocks which create stress and imbalance in your body and mind.

Kylie Rawlings

Kylie graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science, in Naturopathic medicine. Through her studies she realised that in order for people to make changes to their diet, lifestyle and supplement routine, their habits and behaviours also needed to change. This lead her to study Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), a modality that aids a practitioner in shifting an individual’s psychological programming in order to make long term changes in their beliefs, thoughts, behaviours and emotions.

With this knowledge she became a hormone specialist at a leading Thyroid clinic helping to turn peoples lives around.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I am a passionate and degree-qualified Nutritionist who is dedicated to helping people understand the profound influence food has on their overall health and vitality.

My goal is to make nutrition accessible and relatable, steering away from overwhelming information and instead focusing on practical advice tailored to each individual. In my consultations I strive to find realistic ways to seamlessly integrate healthier practices into my clients lifestyles, transforming them into sustainable habits.

I am passionate about most areas of nutrition but I particularly enjoy working with children and mothers, My experience as a mum and empathetic and supportive nature helps in navigating the challenges of family nutrition. I firmly believe that fostering a positive relationship with food from a young age can set the foundation for a lifetime of well-being. 

I absolutely love being a nutritionist and feel so fortunate to be able to assist people achieve their health goals and be the best version of themselves.


Family Chiropractor

Dr Adrian Chong

Dr Adrian has been a chiropractor for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience helping families achieve optimal health through natural chiropractic care.

Adrian graduated from Macquarie University with a Masters in Chiropractic. Before moving to the Gold Coast, Adrian has worked and managed practices in Sydney, Glasgow and London.

Adrian specialises in the use of the Activator Methods protocol. An extensively researched, instrument (TGA approved) based, chiropractic technique that cleverly doesn’t require the use of manual manipulation.

Adrian is one of only a small number of chiropractors who have achieved an advanced proficiency rating in Activator Methods. He continues to maintain this high level of qualification longer than any other chiropractor in Queensland.

Adrian enjoys meeting new people. He is passionate about helping his patients get themost out of life, whether they are young or just young at heart!


Podiatrist

Kelli Cahill

As a practitioner Kelli values communication, integrity and excellence and she applies this in all areas of her podiatry practice to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

From the growing child to the retiree; the working adult to the pregnant mum, foot pain is frustrating and can be debilitating and impact the entire body. The stage of life you are at is big determinate of the foot problems you may experience and whether you want to get through the work day, go for a daily walk or keep playing sport pain free, I am here to assist you.

Kellie is particularly passionate about ankle injuries, ankle sprains and chronic ankle instability, which can greatly impact your gait and mobility.

Physiotherapist

Megan Keeler

Ms Megan Keeler completed a Bachelor of Liberal Studies (Hons) in 1987 at the University of California. She went on to gain her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1995 and has a broad range of experience as a Senior Hospital Physiotherapist, which included musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, pain management, women's health (pelvic floor, pre and post-natal care), emergency, rehabilitation, community health, geriatrics and staff education/manual handling/skills training.

Megan has also been both a Clinical Educator and Mentor of physiotherapy and medical students and was Associate Lecturer at UNSW Medical School. She also has many years of experience in Private Practice working with musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation and is also trained in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. She is passionate in assisting clients to resolve their issues utilising a wide range of therapies.

Psychologist

Eugenia Urioste

Eugenia Urioste is an AHPRA fully registered psychologist with extensive clinical skills and experience, particularly working with clients who experienced trauma and complex trauma(PTSD), clients with emotional disorders, and attachment difficulties. 

Eu enjoys supporting those individuals experiencing life transitions as well as those going through relationship issues. She also loves working with gender-diverse and neurodiverse clients.

A highly caring approach, and consistent training is something characteristic of her, always looking to expand her knowledge and tools to better support and tailor each client's therapeutic process. Eugenia offers therapy both in English and Spanish, and is fluent in both languages.
