We are born with an abundance of movement potential, and over time we learn how to control and coordinate our movement. But unfortunately, we as humans always seek the path of least resistance, and we begin to cheat and shortcut our movements to expend less energy.
These bad habits can lead to poor core control and body awareness and without even knowing, our posture and the way we move can become quite dysfunctional.
Our professional team of therapists utilise a dedicated exercise rehab room to help you identify these bad habits and prescribe the exercises that will empower you to make the right changes. This way, you are not only feeling better, but breaking the bad habits that potentially contributed to your problems in the first place.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment used by Physiotherapists and Chiropractors where they insert very fine filament sterile needles (acupuncture needle) directly into the problematic muscles in order to stimulate a healing effect. These specific points are identified through palpation and assessment and the stimulation of the nerve and the muscle by the needle assists with decreasing local muscular pain and improving function through the restoration of a muscle’s ability to lengthen and shorten normally by releasing myofascial trigger points.
